How to leave a Google review (and find, edit or delete yours)

What you need before you start

A Google account you are signed in to. Your review is published with your Google profile name and photo, and it is public.

You don't need a business account: anyone with a Google account can review a business, as long as it reflects a real experience.

How to write a helpful review

Say what you ordered or what service you received, what you liked and what could be better. Concrete details (the dish, the staff, the turnaround) help other customers far more than a plain "great".

Write only about real experiences and avoid personal data or insults: Google can remove reviews that break its policies.

If you run a business: make it easy for your customers

The fewer the steps, the more reviews you get. Instead of explaining all this, send customers a direct link that opens your business's review box, or show them a QR code at the counter.

Our free generator gives you the link and the QR in a minute, and the guide explains the three ways to get it.
